Why I converted to Shia Muslim
Assalamu Alaikum (Peace be upon you) and welcome to a place of spiritual enrichment, my name is Abdullah Shafiq and following is the reason that why I converted to Shia Muslim.
Because my worship of Allah and high respect for His Messenger (SAWA). I wish to follow the Straight Path, and according to my (layman's) research, I must follow the Prophet (SAWA) and his pure family and progeny, the Ahl al-Bayt (SAA).
Sunni and Shi'a alike acknowledges the event of Ghadir Khumm. An event in which Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) was well aware that he soon would leave this worldly life, this Dunya.
